If you or someone you know is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, the Minnesota High Tech Association’s STEM scholarship program is available to help pursue your degree.
This year, Robotics Alley is sponsoring a $5,000 scholarship through the program. The winner will be recognized at this year’s conference and offered a two-month internship with Robotics Alley.
Applicants will also be eligible for a number of other scholarships sponsored by the MHTA Foundation and other Minnesota technology companies, which range from $2,500 – $5,000. If your college days are behind you, please forward this to your favorite STEM student today!
Eligibility requirements:
- Must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in a STEM field or in STEM teaching
- Only students with sophomore through senior academic status in the current school year may apply. Sophomore status may include students who have achieved this status through advanced placement (AP) credit or post-secondary options (PSEO)s
- Applicants must be enrolled at an accredited, Minnesota-based higher education institution.
- In addition to traditional STEM fields, health science majors whose studies will not lead to participation in direct patient care are welcome to apply.
- Scholarships will be awarded in the fall term of 2014. Students must be enrolled at time of award.
