“Invest in Innovation” competition to
be a general session in 2016
Presented as a standing-room-only breakout session in 2015, the “Invest in Innovation” start-up competition at Robotics Alley will be expanded to a general session in 2016 so all conference attendees are able to attend. In the spirit of fostering innovation, this competition was created for tech start-ups to pitch their business plans to gain exposure and possible investment capital. Three entrepreneurs will be selected from nominations to participate in the challenge. The competitors will have 12 minutes each to present their business plan to four venture capital judges. The entrepreneurs will also field questions from the judges and audience members in hopes of securing funding for their innovation.
Nominations for the “Invest in Innovation” competition are now being accepted. Please submit your nomination to info@roboticsalley.org.
